How the Plan Works

The Home Preservation Plan is a way you can insure and preserve the physical condition of your most valued investment. Having regular inspections can keep small issues from becoming larger problems, identify new safety hazards and also help in keeping your home in optimum operating condition for your comfort. When you are ready to sell, your home will market well and you’ll gain top dollar in the marketplace.
Enrollment fee:
A nominal fee of $75.00 will get you started and this will guarantee the cost of the discounted service over the length of the agreement, up to 5 years, and protect you from future price increases. The first years discount will more than cover the enrollment fee.

Cost of the inspections:
The cost is negotiable depending on the level of service. The basic plan starts at $225 and cover the areas listed above. If you had your home inspected by ASI the cost would typically be $100 less than your initial inspection.

Frequency :
Typically the inspections are done annually, but they can be set up to your schedule, twice yearly or bi-annually, depending on your needs. They will be performed prior to an agreed upon date each term.

No obligation:
This plan allows you up to 5 inspections over a 5 year term. Other than the enrollment fee you are not obligated to buy any inspections.
